Our capital structuring products are designed to improve the balance sheet or income statement of a corporation. The principal products are partnership finance, preferred or preference stock, hybrid securities and investment funds. The issuers of these products will obtain EITHER LOW COST EQUITY OR DEBT WHILE THE INVESTOR ACQUIRES low risk and sometimes tax efficient investment income.
